Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the GetSalesCloser platform, including all AI-assisted messaging, voice, automation, and analytics features. By using GetSalesCloser, you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Permitted Uses

GetSalesCloser may be used to:

• Engage inbound leads who have provided their contact details through lawful means
• Send automated follow-up communications to prospects who have opted in to receive them
• Schedule appointments and deliver information relevant to your legitimate business services
• Integrate with CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and third-party tools for lawful business operations

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GetSalesCloser to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to individuals who have not provided prior express consent
• Conduct cold outreach at scale without appropriate legal basis or opt-in records
• Impersonate a human agent without disclosure when legally required to disclose AI involvement
• Transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Violate any applicable telecommunications law, including the TCPA (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), or similar regulations in your jurisdiction
• Use AI voice or messaging capabilities in jurisdictions where prior recorded consent is required without obtaining such consent
• Harvest, scrape, or use contact data obtained through unlawful means
• Engage in high-pressure, abusive, or manipulative communication practices
• Use the platform for any purpose involving minors, adult content, gambling, or other regulated industries without proper licensing

3. Voice and AI Disclosure Requirements

When using AI voice features (The Voice Liaison) or AI-assisted messaging, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining legally required consent before initiating automated calls or texts in your jurisdiction
• Disclosing the AI nature of interactions where required by law (e.g., California AB 302, EU AI Act provisions)
• Maintaining accurate consent records for all contacts in your lead database
• Configuring call recording disclosures in accordance with applicable state and federal wiretapping laws

4. Customer Responsibility

GetSalesCloser provides the infrastructure. You are solely responsible for:

• The lawfulness of your outreach campaigns and contact lists
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your contacts
• Maintaining opt-in records and honoring opt-out requests promptly
• The content of messages sent through the platform

5. Enforcement

GetSalesCloser reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this AUP, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

6. Updates

This AUP may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
