Terms and Conditions

1. THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between you ("Buyer") and YogMaya Industries ("Supplier"), the licensor of the product GetSalesCloser. By using our AI agents, you agree to these usage policies.

2. MERCHANT OF RECORD

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller of the Product. This means you purchase the Product from Paddle, but the Product is licensed to you by YogMaya Industries. By placing an order with Paddle, you agree to the terms set out in both this Agreement and the Paddle Checkout Agreement.

3. USE OF AI & PROFESSIONAL SAFEGUARDS

Users acknowledge that the Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs). While we provide "Professional Intake Assurance™" and "Compliance-Safe Voice Handling™" modules, the User remains solely responsible for the final configuration of AI logic to meet industry-specific regulations (e.g., State Bar rules for Attorneys or HIPAA for Medical Practitioners).

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our refund policy is governed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle:

• Consumer Right to Cancel: If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
• Exception to Right to Cancel: WHERE A PRODUCT IS DIGITAL CONTENT WHICH IS IMMEDIATELY MADE AVAILABLE, YOU CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE TRANSMISSION OF THE DIGITAL CONTENT HAS BEGUN.
• Subscriptions: Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
• Discretionary Refunds: Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis.

5. VOICE AI & TCPA COMPLIANCE

By enabling the Voice AI Agent, you represent that you have obtained express written consent from your leads to be contacted via automated telephone dialing systems. YogMaya Industries acts as a service provider; users are solely responsible for compliance with US federal and state "Do Not Call" regulations.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YogMaya Industries is not liable for outcomes of lead interactions, loss of business, or any direct/indirect damages resulting from the use of the AI Engine. We provide the infrastructure; the User provides the operational oversight.
